You can access these services in different ways. Choose the option that works best for you:
The NHS App
The NHS App is the simplest way to manage your healthcare from your smartphone or tablet.
With the NHS App you can:
• Book and cancel appointments
• Order repeat prescriptions
• View your medical record (allergies, immunisations, diagnoses, test results, medication history)
Download the NHS App from the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Android). Follow the on-screen instructions to create your NHS login and link it to your GP surgery.

Patchs
Patchs is an online service that lets you contact your GP surgery without needing to call.
You can use Patchs to:
• Request an appointment
• Ask about symptoms or health problems
• Request a fit (sick) note
• Ask for a referral or test results
• Get advice for yourself or someone you care for
How to Use PATCHS
• Register for PATCHS on your GP surgery’s website
• Log in with your email and password
• Submit a request, your practice team will respond as soon as possible

SystmOnline
SystmOnline is a secure web-based service that lets you access your GP records and manage certain tasks online.
With SystmOnline you can:
• Book and cancel appointments
• Order repeat prescriptions
• View parts of your medical record
How to Use SystmOnline
• You will need a username and password from your GP surgery to log in
• Once you have your details, you can access the system from any device with internet access

Where to Book Medical Services
