Hounslow Health PCN Blood Pressure Clinics
Hounslow Health PCN are partnering with Healthy Hounslow to provide free blood pressure checks for Hypertension Week. Clinic dates and times can be found below.
- Saturday 18th May 2024: 8am – 12pm, Hounslow Medical Centre, 134 Bath Road, TW3 3ET
- Monday 20th May 2024: 10am – 2pm, Heart of Hounslow Centre for Health, 92 Bath Road, TW3 3EL
- Friday 24th May 2024: 11am – 4pm, Jamia Masjid and Islamic Centre, Wellington Road South, TW4 5H

Hounslow Well-being Network Community Walks
Saturdays across the month of May. Step and Stroll at Lampton Park. Volunteer-led walk. Meet outside Lampton Parkside Café to meet the walk leader. To register and for more details click here. Suitable for all including pushchairs.
