Complaints

If something went wrong or you’re unhappy with a service:

  • Step 1: Speak with your GP surgery, they can often resolve issues quickly.
  • Step 2: If you’d like, you can also submit your concern to the PCN using the form below.
  • Alternative: You can contact NHS England directly if you prefer.

What Happens Next

  • Compliments or feedback — We’ll pass it along and use it to recognise good work and improve services.
  • Complaints — We’ll aim to respond within 5 working days and work with you to make things right.
