What is Enhanced Access?
GP practices in Hounslow Health PCN work together to offer extra appointments outside of normal hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends. It helps when your usual practice is fully booked or those hours suit you better.
Who is eligible?
Any patient registered with one of our 10 GP practices can book an Enhanced Access appointment, even if it’s not the practice providing the service. If you are offered one of these appointments, you may be asked to visit a different GP practice, at a different location.
When are these appointments available?
Evenings from 6:30pm on weekdays.
Saturdays between 8am and 1pm.
How do I book?
Appointments are booked directly through your GP surgery. For an evening or weekend slot, just ask reception, they’ll try to arrange it. You can request to be seen in person, by telephone, or via a video call, whichever works best for you.

Your appointment may be at one of the locations listed below within the PCN. All are easily accessible within Hounslow.
Need to change or cancel?
Please contact your GP practice as soon as possible so someone else can use the appointment. For same-day changes, it’s best to call directly. If your regular practice is closed, get in touch with the location of your Enhanced Access appointment.
